Usually people would think and talk about both the words frequently. The more they grow old the more they will talk about these words. However, these two words doesn’t appear together until now.
During their working hours, people used to talk more about the “concentration” and as soon as they go to their personal / un-official life, they start talking about the second word “constipation”.
Is it because for the past few years the four letter word starting with “s” has been replaced with a different word? The answer is NO, or at least I don’t know because I don’t use either of words.
So how come the Concentration is related to Constipation?
We are so much obsessed with latest technologies and its swiftness that we had stopped listening our body’s need. All we think most of the time is about the money and money.
If you open YouTube or see Facebook Ads, you’ll notice that people are dramatically presenting you a way to get rich quickly and easily OR they are trying to become rich by selling something to you.
Alright so how is it changing Concentration to Constipation?
While we are continuously focusing about the sales, then we do think about the quality, sales after service, on time deliver, promotion etc. that makes our mind to be engaged all the time.
On the other hand, we used to keep on using our smartphones, laptops and other digital gadgets, which needs our full attention.
All these are directly or indirectly impacting our digestive system, as we have left the process of living and busy making processes of concentration. This is one of the reason which leading us towards the constipation and constipation is the mother of all illness.
Since we have pulled this point, so we should know how to get rid of it.
So the simplest way to keep the concentration only and remove the constipation are to focus and believe on yourself and stay concentrated over the process for yourself no matter how other processes need your attention.
While working on process, stay away from social media and news channels, while spending time, have a safe distance between the social media and new channels. It will help us to make a difference between concentration and constipation.
